and management at workplace. Therefore, businesses are implementing effective policies and
norms like The Equal Pay Act 1970, The Sex Discrimination Act 1975, The Race Relations Act
1976, The Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003 and so on thus these are
also creating value for the business to resolve the challenges related to unconscious bias,
discrimination, gender gap, unequal pay and so on of managing equality within management and
leadership. From the evaluation of the project it has also been said that there is a positive relation in
