INTRODUCTION
Gender pay gap is an normal deviation among the wage for women and men so that they can
performing their work on same position at same workplace. In this women’s at workplace
generally get paid less as compared to men that lead towards unhealthy environment in
workplace that simultaneously affect performance of employees (Araten-Bergman, 2016). Thus,
it is essential for organisation to undertake different type of strategies as well as methods to
assure that here is zero sexuality pay gap discrimination prevails in the working structure.
Present report has been conducted on Primark. It is a British fashion retailing organisation. Main
products of company include clothing, cosmetics and house wares. In these report formative
discussions has been made on aims and objectives of present research. Along with this WBS,

recommendation for company in order to eliminate gender pay gap at the workplace.
