work properly in the set deadline. This organization closes it services at 5PM. It is located in
Chadderton way, Oldham OL12Ql, United Kingdom. It is dealing in car and has successfully
spread it's 13 branches across North of England. Employees of this business are working day and
night to meet the set goals and objectives. This assignment covers aims and objectives of the
research. Primary and secondary research is conducted with the help of appropriate method for
business research project. Suitable tools and techniques are studied for data analysis. Reflection
is given on the effectiveness of research method used for accomplishing objectives of business

aspects in today's world through which business can flourish in the international market
smoothly. In the competitive market place those organization can compete with rivalry who are
introducing equality and diversity at the workplace. In order to retain skilled and capable
employees it is very essential to pay equal remuneration to employees who are working on the
same post despite of any gender (Berrey, Nelson and Nielsen, 2017) . By this healthy working
environment can be build for co-workers and productive results can be attained easily in the set
deadline. In order to formulate tough benchmark for competitors prevailing in the market it is

essential to hold back capable and skilled workers in their organization by paying equal
remuneration to employees weather they are male for female working on the same position.

The main reason of conducting this research is to understand the influence of workplace

taken to overcome the negative impact on employees overall performance in the global market.
This research will guide distinguish ways to uplift skilled workers performance which is a
positive mark for the business. This research is conducted to better understand how work

According to Alison Doyle, 2019, workplace discrimination is stated as discrimination
against job applicant or subordinates working in an organization. It is created at the workplace
when candidate are treated unfairly because of religion, caste, gender, age, language, colour,
nationality and many more. In an organization this type of discrimination is considered as illegal.
If such activities are taking place in the premises then goodwill of the company decreases at a
tremendous scale in the market as well as in the eyes of the customers.

Data collection: In completion of this research project both primary and secondary data
collection method is used. The data collected from the method are authentic and reliable in
nature. In case of primary data collection method questionnaire, survey, interview and so on they
are more correct and fresh as information are directly collected from respondents. This type of
information are not used by researcher in their findings earlier so that chances or duplication is
less. Secondary data collection method involves, books, journals, articles, newspaper and so on.
All this sources provide authentic data for the topic which aid in getting best outcomes.
Types of research: There are two types of research quantitative and qualitative approach.
Researcher adopts quantitative research in order to complete the report on the given topic.
Quantitative approach uses more of mathematical figure , pie chart and diagram so as to
interpretate the allocated data (Durrani and Rajagopal, 2016). As many diagram and numerical
data are used in the report so it become easy for reader to capture the information from the
finding easily. Qualitative approach mainly focus on quality of the project and no use of

who are engage in organisational work. It is because all teammates are able to understand each
other and its help them to deal with various problems which is impacting on project and research.
With the implement of right strategies such as diversification and pricing it is easy to develop
effective plans that completes research in specified time period. Moreover, with equality and
diversity topic it is identified that with this perspective all employee's communicate and
encourage other individuals to adopt essential changes by adopting innovative methods of
organisation. This is also essential for companies and researcher to complete all project within
organised manner. Managing diversity at the workplace for performing all task to manage work
and to increase potential capability of organisation as well as research to formulate better
workplace in order to make better results and issue to perform all task in effective manner. On
the other side, various challenges such as miscommunication, low technical equipments and

and understanding there are various benefits will be gained to get future results and practices as
per company policy and procedures that gather better information for organisation. Along with
this by performing all task and projects it is analysed that by understanding all task it is analysed
to perform research with new methods, techniques and tools. At the time of investigate it is
analysed that with proper use of qualitative results it supports to complete research with proper
investigation such as in-depth information to complete research as per primary and secondary
measures (Rawat and Basergekar, 2016). While performing the existing research primary data
and secondary data both is used by organisation. Along with this under this investigation primary
and secondary data all is collected with motive of creating long term results and to choose right
data for getting right information from all sources whether it is primary or secondary. All the
methods which are utilised in this research relates with personal interaction between researcher
and respondents that impact on information which is not reliable as well as ineffective. The
major concern in organisation is to perform all task through getting long term benefits that
enhances better results by using questionnaire. Moreover, all questionnaire are based with motive
of performing all work and collecting data from several resources. Moreover, the time period to
complete research is limited. Therefore, to complete research in effective manner it is analysed
that there are various difficulties will be faced at the time of research such as inappropriate
information and to decide questions in which respondents are comfortable to perform their work.
Similarly, on the other side it is also necessary to collect their information in confidential way so
management will not worry about information that is presented in ethical and to make consent as
per trust of employee's, respondents and stakeholders. On the other side, I also put my best
efforts to understand all concepts of equality and diversity that generates ethical results and make

better consent between researcher and respondents to complete whole research in an exact
manner (Rosenblat and et. al., 2017).

Interview is selected as alternative research methodology after questionnaire. It is the best
option to gather information from respondents. Interview provides authentic information to the
readers regarding the topic. Here, face to face interview is taken so more authentic information
can be gathered easily. It also enhances the in-depth knowledge regarding the topic. Researcher
is benefited by using this alternative option after questionnaire because here closely respondents
view points can be better understood and more productive results can be attained.
CONCLUSION
From the above it can be concluded that it is very essential to eliminate workplace
discrimination so that best results can be attained in the international market. Management
should frame strategies to overcome any kind of discrimination at workplace. In order to
compete with rivalry it is very essential to build equality and diversity in the workplace. By
building diverse culture in the working premises tough challenges can be build for other
competitors prevailing in the open market place. Various ways are identified to raise the
performance of employees and to eliminate workplace discrimination. It leads in retaining skilled

The recommendation are as follows:

 Recruitment should on the basis of talent and abilities so that right candidate can be
placed in the vacant position despite of any cultural background and religion.
 Employees should be motivated to respect each and every culture equally so that
discrimination in the workplace can be eliminated and positive working environment can
be build.
