This essay also finds out some of the key points in case of each of the problems. Next, essay highlights how those key points can be used to solve respective problems. The First Problem: The first problem in this case is the racial discrimination faced by the African Americans in the workplace of United States. Example: Key Points: Most of the African American at workplace are unable to raise their voice against the disparity they face., due to the fear of losing job. There is lack of support on the part of the government as well as white men dominated society to eliminate this problem Solution of the first problem: It is possible to solve the first problem using those key points. Firstly, the victim who are African Americans in this case, must remove the fear of losing job or further humiliation and protest against the discrimination they face due to different race and skin color.
