INTRODUCTIONEquity is considered as the value of ownership interest in property, shareholders' equityand so on. In this regard, different kinds of equities are included as stockholders, private, brandthat is related with transferring assets and property through following on terms and conditions ofcontract. The present report is based on understanding equity case study of Victor regardingseveral contracts. However, Victor agreement with Elaine in respect of house in Collarory is tobe described. Including this, suggestions for Jerry as an executer of Victor to deal with Victor'scontracts can be expressed through this assignment. Along with this, Kavorka Enterprises Ltd,Mature Publishers Ltd and Joseph agreements are to be described shares and transferringproperty. Thus, students are able to learn deep concept of equity regarding Victor and hisagreements through this report.A) THE COLLAROY HOUSEIt is a contract agreement between Victor and Elaine related to Torrence title house inCollaroy. In this regard, Victor appointed Jerry as his executor who will be responsible and formconsiderations for their contract. Therefore, according to clause 3, it is mentioned that Collaroyhouse can go to Elaine, if she keeps good care of property as her own and also provides board forthe asset. Further, in case of do not following the condition, this property will refer to George asper clause 4 of the agreement1. At present, after death of Victor, it is responsibility of Jerry as anexecutor to looking at house condition including taking care Elaine of the Torrence house.Afterwards, if it is determined that the house property is in good hand then it will be transferredto Elaine as per terms and condition. In case, if is observed that she is not taking care of housethen according to clause 4, ownership of property can shifted to George. Thus, Jerry requires tofollow on this step and analysing the angles of contract including financing.Hence, it is a kind of home equity that involves transformation of house and financing onit. In case of Victor's death, Jerry is responsible to providing right of ownership of Torrencehouse in Collaroy. In accordance to this, money related and other property related terms can becontracted between Jerry and Elaine.
