Question2:Answer2: In an organization the arrangement of desk, seating, lighting greatly affects theemployees working in the organization, the arrangement of desk, seating and lighting, externalhardware and other devices should be in the following way:.The computer desk must support foot rest or space for leg room.Seating arrangement should be in such a way that no chance of injury or distractions isthere.The chairs to be used for sitting should be adjustable in terms of height, should berotatable, and must have hand and head rest. The external hardware and other peripheral devices should be placed far away from theemployees so that these can put no adverse effects on the health’s of the employees. Lighting should be neither too dim nor too bright; it should be adjusted according to theinternational standard of lighting at workplace i.e. ISO/TC 274.Talking about health and safety considerations for work area such as[ CITATION Che14 \l 1033 ]:Noise: Excessive noise is capable of damaging ears in such an adverse effect that it mightbecome impossible to treat them later. So the workplace must not have any disturbing orannoying noises such as (Alarms, machines, speakers) close to the employees.Hazards: The workplace must be designed in such way that, in case of any natural or unnaturalhazard, the chances of the survival of the employees does not decrease. This can be done throughavoiding slippery floors, providing fire extinguishers, by keeping away stuff that is a badresistance of fire.

Temperature: Extremely hot or extremely cold, temperature should be avoided. A moderatetemperature should be maintained in an organization. Question3:Answer3: Sustainability at the workplace refers to the use of available resources of theorganization in a way that it does not harm the internal or the external environment of theorganization. Sustainability at the workplace not only means using resources carefully butreusing or reproducing the resources to reduce wastage of monetary or non monetary resourcesof the organization. if batteries are being used in an organization regularly then it theorganization should switch to rechargeable batteries, a recycle bin should installed to recyclethings.
