Introduction
The project management is a significant subject that involves the support and
development of the useful and improved development methods (Mir & Pinnington, 2014). The
analysis of the active project management would be helpful for developing the successful
formation of the final deliverable for the organisation. The project consideration would be
beneficial for forming the simplification of the operations. The utilisation of the factors would be
eased with the simplification management process.
The following assignment would be helpful for forming the utilisation of the activity
management factors for supporting the project of ‘ERP Implementation in Retail Organisation’,
and it would provide the analysis of the resource management, risk management, communication
management, procurement management, and stakeholder management. The assignment would
allow the study of the various tools and factors supporting the alignment of the improved
leadership and development.
Description of Project Case and Organisation Used
The project is ‘ERP Implementation in Retail Organisation’, and it would involve the

clients from the neighbouring cities and suburbs. The organisation has a single computer system
in which the day to day records are manually stored on an Excel spreadsheet. It is very tiring and
time consuming for keeping store of the day to day transaction manually. The store in charge
would have to keep track of the activities and input the required data manually. The organisation
requires the implication of the effective and automatic system for the development of the
activities signifying the implication of the operations. The organisation development would be
successfully implied for easing the management of the improved functional development. The
organisation would be managed with the implementation development. The organisation would
successfully imply for forming the deployment of the utilisation development.
