1. Introduction
The following report is a project initiation document that would be helpful for providing
project brief to those stakeholders that are unknown to the operations of the project. The
alignment of the effective project activities would also be helpful for the continuation of the
operations favouring the management of the activities. The implication of the project
deployment methods would allow the utilization of the system development processes so
that UNICEF would be able to develop the automated ERP system required for easing the
processing and development of the operations. The integration would also help in forming
the alignment of the improved operation development so that the implication of the
effective modification of the payment system operation along with the inclusion of the stock
maintenance system. The use of the improved operation development would also help in

The objectives of the project of Implementation of ERP for UNICEF Child Care would be
