BUSINESS PLAN
It has been planned by us to establish a drive thru coffee shop. The coffee shop will be situated in
the flagstaff railway station. The best quality would be ensured by making coffee with the most
popular coffee beans. In this context, quotation will be collected by us from the Lavazza
Corporation, which is engaged in selling Mo Copan coffee beans on a local basis. Further, these
coffee beans are very renowned in Australia, due to the great Aroma taste and fragrance, thereby
attracting the coffee lovers. In addition to this, quotation will also be collected by us from the
most prominent milk provider which is; Pura and Devondale. It is extremely significant to retain
various mil types, as individual can have access to all desirable milks based in their health
interest. Moreover, normal as well as gluten free bakery items will also be provided by the coffee
shop.
The three core business purposes are:
Delivering customers with the most fantastic coffee;
Earning optimal revenue by offering refreshments to the consumers;
Establishing a superior yet most loved drive thru coffee shop.

SELECTION AND RECRUITMENT OF STAFF
The staff duties will be identified and preparation of job description will be done. For recruiting
the staff, a best recruitment and selection process would be established. Initially, an
advertisement in a local newspaper will be drafted to employ a few waiters, two professional
barista, and an experienced accountant. Furthermore, for the selection of appropriate baristas,
candidates would be said to make coffee and their experiences will be taken into account
seriously. Serving skills and individual attitudes will be given first priority at the time of
recruitment of waiters. The selection of accountants will be done on the basis of the applicant’s
education and experience. With the staff recruitment and selection, an induction program will be
conducted, and their duties will be depicted and delegated appropriately. In addition to this,
advanced training program would be organized to keep the staff adequately trained to conduct
roles properly.
LEADERSHIP STYLE
Transformational leadership style would be most effective for the concerned business, as this
will enables to motivate and encourage staff members to perform their role by reflecting the
leader as an example to retain the expected outcomes. Thus, this leadership type will aid the
coffee shop in attaining the ultimate objectives by motivating staff on effective performance.
Further leadership styles like autocratic and transaction leadership would not be capable to
permit the similar approach as transformational leadership does and would not assist in
exploiting more ideas and innovation.

The business will be totally committed and determined towards the maintenance of higher ethical
standards. The CEO, staff members and managerial authorities are required to provide one
