INTRODUCTIONEmergency incident response refers to the efforts of business operations to faceany natural disaster. It basically include group of volunteers who plan the ways to dealwith any incident before it pertains (Zhang, Li and Liu, 2012). However, it is necessary forevery organisation to make proper availability of equipments and resources to deal withemergency incidents for improving safety of employees. For the better understandingNational Health Service which is a public organisation has been selected. It basicallyprovides various health services such as dental treatment as well as optical care at a veryminimal charge to the local residents of UK. This report covers following topics such asprinciples of effective emergency incident response and recovery stage of at emergencyincident. Further, various examples are coded on emergency incident in UK andinternationally.P5 Principles of effective emergency incident responsePublic sector organisation must predict the emergency state and accordingly theyshould response against any hazard whether it is related to natural disaster, technologyhazard or terrorist attack. Thus, management of any disaster require the partnership amongvarious sector such as public, private or voluntary organisation.
