INTRODUCTION
Skills audit is considered as the procedures which can be utilised for determining gaps of
skills within entity or institutions. Moreover, basically this is procedures for evaluating as well as
recording whole group or particular person skills. the key intent for performing skills audit is to
find competencies and knowledge which firm needs and they presently have. Also, for
developing skills person require to perform upon whole of its competency as it assists in
improving competitive edge (Chifamba, 2020). Along with this, skills may be categorised into
interpersonal skills, knowledge-based skills and personal skills. There are numerous
competencies like time management, communication, self- organisation and many more that are
needed through student while accomplishing its higher education. This becomes vital for them to
improve those competencies and effectively perform upon them to appropriately accomplish its

Self- organisation skills
Self- organisation is considered as circumstances in which person undertake accountability
for its own action as well as to develop its own capabilities. This is vital for student to maintain it
as well as improve it. Anyone may simply develop self organisation habitat with their own.
There are numerous ways where students may learn to become organised. It can concentrate
