INTRODUCTION
An event can be defined as public assembly where people gather for same reason like
celebration, education, marketing and reunion. These events are categorised on the basis of size,
type and context. To organise any event an organiser set time and place to invite people and
provide reason of the event (Billings, 2018). Events allows a object to notify the object of client
regarding to essential activities. This essay based on the different sizes of the event and provide
which type of event belongs and analysis their characteristics. These events are Edinburgh
Kiltwalk 2019, Solheim Cup 2019, Lochwinnoch Arts Festivals 2019. These events are
organised in Scotland on September 15, November 9 and 15 September 2019. These events are

of media coverage and influence for the host community due to event implication or size.
Hall mark event: This event is defined as recurring events & tourist event that related to
cultural, exposition and sporting of international status that are organised on either a daily basis
or a one off basis. The main function of this event that provide opportunity to host community to
keep safe and secure for high prominence for the improving tourism at the particular market
place. These events are organised at global level to provide awareness, create profitability,
appeal for particular tourism destination in long as well as short period of time. These events are
