MAIN BODYPerformance Management System:As per the view of Martínez-Costa, Jimenez-Jimenez and Castro-del-Rosario (2019)performance management system is the tool that is mainly used to communicate the goals of afirm to an employees and tracking their progress in order to achieve the goals which is assignedto them. Therefore this tool mainly help manager to manage their resources and leads anorganization towards success.
