ESSAY

 P1 Explaining different source of law that organisation must
comply with.
Legislation- All the acts of parliament of UK created by legislature
would be important part of legislation. Parliament of UK is the only
supreme body which is engaged and is having power of pass laws
called legislation which then would be governing 4 countries of
Europe. House of Commons and House of Lords are part of Parliament
of UK which are having 650 and 800 members each respectively
(Bulíček, Gwiazda and Świerczewska-Gwiazda, 2017).
Common Law- All the decisions of senior appellate would be then
becoming part of law and these are governing England and Wales.
European Union Law- All laws which would be applying in EU would
be forming part of judiciary system of UK as it is an integral part of
European Union.

P2 Explaining role of government in law making and how statutory and
common law would be applied in justice court.
Common law:
These are those laws which are formed with the procedures
of decision of court of that particular country instead of any
parliament interference or making any regulations
Statutory law:
While on other hand statutory law are those which are
made with proper legislative process within which all law and
regulations would be formulated with set procedures and voting of
all representative people.

Institutional arbitration:
This type of method is basically based on single institutional law
of resolution of matter or issue each big institution is having their own
procedures of resolving issue on the bases of alternative resolution. They
are forming their own law and procedures in regard to this arbitration
which would only be applicable within their own company. Some
arbitration institutions include London Court of International Arbitration
(LCIA) and International Chamber of Commerce (DIAC) in total there
are 1200 companies which are offering this arbitration service to their
worldwide clients (Behling, 2018). If two parties or people are coming
under a certain contract, then their contract would certainly containing
the clause of Arbitration defining that any if any dispute arises then that
would be solved with the procedures without court only
