INTRODUCTION Being healthy should be part of living healthy lifestyle in overall sense. The proper well- being should be maintained to lead the good and successful life. The maintenance of good health is primary to self happiness which helps to contribute significantly to economic well- being of society and family. The healthy and fit population results to the economic progress and increased productivity of nation also (Diarbakerli and et. al., 2019). Living healthy life means eating balanced diet and exercising in a optimum mix as required. Nowadays, with the busy schedules and lifestyle maintaining good health should be the primary concern. When the person is being fit and healthy it adds to the increased self-confidence also which enhances the doing capacity to work efficiently and effectively. The aim of this report is to highlight the health issues and measures to overcome the issues being faced by an young adolescent female. As, the fit teenagers build the block of the nations and there heath should be the main motive of any nation. BACKGROUND According to theWorld Health Organisation (WHO), 1948 the 'Health' is being defined as the, the holistic maintenance of physical, mental and social health and absence of any disease is referred to the healthy person. The complete well-being of an individual refers in terms of complete mental, emotional and psychological well-being is referred to the healthy state. For living an healthy life the interaction between the physical, social and emotional state be balanced. The main problem is being faced by the young females which are aged between (20-30 years). This aged group female faces many problems due to their lifestyle patterns (Mansouri and et. al., 2020). Furthermore, in this report in detail the problems being faced by them and suggestive measures to overcome are being highlighted. MAIN BODY The health and well-being of an young girl determines the structure and direction of the modern world. As, the young female so identified above for investigation is responsible for the development of future generation later on. The proper health leads to the inculcation of future healthy generations. The problems being faced by the females are as follows; ThePhysical Problems faced by an female in UK: Physical Problems faced by an female in UK consists of several issues like Sexual and Reproductive health. The issue involvesunwanted pregnancy of female which sometime are
unintentional, such issue takes a scene of high blood pressure, various infections, prolonged labour, etc. which affects the physical health of females (Minor, Ali and Rizzo, 2016). Female genital mutilation leads females to compromise with their physical health, approx 200 million girls suffers this issue every year and sometimes loss their life. Physical abuse of females, compulsion sex, mal nutrition, etc. are major reasons for physical health problems of an female in UK. Several disorders such as Anorexia and Bulimia leads females to face severe physical health problems and sometimes even brings a thought of suicide. The young females in this age feels to look good and young in that case they start using certain chemical products which leads to the smoking, use of alcohol and steroids leads to the Osteoporosis, which is the weakness of the bones and muscles (Naftaly and Greenley, 2019) The vaginal and Urinary diseases are also faced by an female due to lack of hygiene maintenance. The irregular mensuration and not taking proper diet causes the ovary infection and breast infection also. The young females are in phobia to eat less due to which the intake of proper and advisable nutritional facts is being lead which leads to reduced immunity and getting attracted to community disease more easily. The Mental problems faced by a female in UK: Problems such as depression, anxiety, emotional strain, insecure housing, unemployment are some of the issues which creates a mental problem in females and disturbs the mental happiness and peace. Out of total number of suicides in UK, 25 percent accounts for female suicide due to mental problem. The ratio of mental problem in case of females is increasing continuously year by year and is high in comparison to men in UK.In young age when the females don't' get that attention and praise on social media, colleges mates and at employment it results in the behavioural change and hyper anxiety issues. The problem which is faced by the young females is of success in career and not getting that acceptance from the family in terms of independence these all factors lead to increased and affected emotional state. Talking, in particular about the lower class, the girls are married at very young age when they are not mentally prepared and then burden of conceiving which is not allowed by hormones creates the mental burden (Patel and et. al., 2020). The Social Problem faced by a young female in UK: The Social problems are related to issues which prevail and origins from the society or nearby surrounding. Poverty, Low status jobs, less income as compared to men, gender biases,

The proper education should be imparted to the girl child from birth. The stricter rules and follow up programmes needs to be developed in order to implement
these steps. The primary education should be made affordable and should have access to everyone. The UK education is being one of the most costly structure due to which the education is divided unequally (Selig and et. al., 2020). Therefore, the elementary and primary education should be made accessible. With the impart of education to everyone the illiteracy issue can be solved. The gender differentiation followed from ages has set the mentality of young females that they are unwanted. This will help in bridging the gender inequality issue also. The gender bias needs to eliminate from the system for development of strong society. The Government and parents need to be more aware of the behavioural and thinking pattern change in a girl child. The parents should impart the girls with the basic hygiene and cleanliness knowledge to make them aware of the lack of this aspect for future. The diet intake should be proper focus at this age, as the proper mix between the eating and physical activity needs to be solved. The intake of uncontrollable level of tobacco, drugs and alcohol is taken at an extreme level which impacts the health. Therefore, the families should always share that cordial relation with the child in which they can warn them against the use of high levels of such products. The proper attention should be provided to them which will make them share their things and to lighten their emotional burden. According to the Public Health England, the young females should cut on carbohydrates and sweetened things. The processed food should be avoided and consumption of alcohol should also to be a specified limit. The intake of proper water, fruits, salads, milk, vegetables and proteins should be taken. The working young females let the proper intake of diet which further leads to weaken immune system. As, specified by the Government of UK, thePhysical inactivity is responsible for one in six UK deaths and is estimated to cost the nation largely. The Government specified that now youngsters are very lazy as compared to the previous generations till 1960's. The proper physical activity schedule should be followed by the females in order to overcome their future problems. The proper exercise and meditation lead to overcome the depression and increases the calmness which is needed most by the females. The obesity, mental and menstrual problems these all can be addressed by the physical activity. The diabetes, heart and breast cancer can be minimised to a large extent.

This helps in effective treatment by identification of any symptom and undertaking the treatment efficiently. The benefits of undertaking health screening area as follows; The management of any disease identification can be treated at an early stage. Theses test help in identifying any family disease or identifying any symptoms and based on that the treatmentisplanned.Thisscreeninghelpsinscanningwholebodyfunctionsandifan abnormality is faced the health plan be planned to overcome that. For the young female aged
under 30 it is advisable to undergo the health test in 2 years. The commonly planned test for young females which should be undertaken are Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, HIV test or infectious disease screening,Colorectal cancer screening, Pelvic exam and general dental and eye examinations (Wainstock and et. al., 2019). The pelvic test helps in identifying the risk of cervical cancer which is high in young females. Theses general health test should be undertaken to avoid any risk which will help in diagnosing it an early stage. The proper due care must be given to the health. The health institutions and Government should work in conjunction to organise the health drives which undertakes the basic health check-up which helps in ensuring the health level of people in society. The young females should be the major concern as they are responsible for maintaining the healthy society largely. They are shouldered with the maintenance of current family and inculcating those practices for the future generation also. CONCLUSION Based on above findings it is recommended to maintain the health as primary concern. The health and well-being should be the concern for everyone in their life. The young females are at higher risk of getting many diseases because of their lifestyle patterns. Therefore, the proper healthy lifestyle should be maintained by making optimum mix of balanced diet and physical exercise. The proper care must be given to the certain test to be followed in every 2 year to identify any disease for young females. There should be proper interaction between the physical, social and mental health to live a sound life. The government should plan certain health awareness drives to motivate the youth to maintain their concern towards being healthy. The proper weight, blood pressure levels should be maintained as specified according to every age group.
