Crime in the general language means an illegal act which is made punishable by the legal
authority or by the act of state. But in modern common law it does not contain any easy or

marked by holy beliefs and not by reductionism. However, it has major barrier which is long

In both the civil law and common law system self-defense is legitimate but nevertheless a
question always remained in the minds of the prosecution that is finding out the limits amongst
all kinds of defenses related to correct and excessive force and such type of cases all the
evidences are to be collected by using forensic multidisciplinary teams for evaluation of the
prosecutors. Example: there is a situation of a 55 year aged man who got murdered in front of a
near house, where the legal representative informed the team who deals in forensic regarding the
homicide committed by the gunshot. But the neighbor for protecting himself immediately
admitted his responsibility. The fact here was that all the relatives of the victim were narrating
different and their own analysis of the story by assuming that the crime had been committed by
the neighbor so the prosecutor got into some mess and decided to further investigate by the
means such as a npost-mortern report, the K-9 unit exploration and forensic biologist for the
analogy of the case. The aim of this instance was to throw a light on the combined action of
multidisciplinary forensic expert for solving this complex case and most importantly joining
ultra-specialist forensic activities for collecting all the relevant evidences for the formation its
judgment (Ferrara, Sessa and Rendine 2019,).
