1MANAGEMENT
I am unique because I am confident and possess outstanding technical skills. I am
also good at understanding statistics and numerical skill, have leadership, organization and
planning skills and have problem solving and team working capabilities. In addition, I also
have considerable work experience in some of the reputed companies. Belonging from a
family rich in cultural values, I have always been respectful to others and treated them with
dignity. I am also a team player who is always open and eager to help others. Besides, my
stay at South Dakota for close to 5 years for pursuing higher education has acted as a bigger
change for me to flourish and adapt to any new culture, people and place. I am also hard
working and received various scholarships
I have always been inspired by the career path chosen by my Uncle. He earned an
engineering degree and continued his education to earn a degree in MBA after which he
started off the new venture thereby becoming the most accomplished business person of his
times. Evaluation of his experience enabled has relived my aspirations of pursuing an MBA
degree. It also helped to realize that a career as the entrepreneur will provide me with the
required flexibility, interdependence and the excitement that I have always aspired for.
However, with the aim of acquiring an MBA degree, I completed my Masters in
Dairy Manufacturing from the South Dakota State University and also earned a Bachelor’s
degree on the same discipline from the National Diary Research Institute of India. In the past
few years, I have also gained sufficient amount of professional experience by working in
various firms. I worked for Saputo Cheese USA Inc for close to 7.5 years. I joined the
company as quality assurance supervisor and then got promoted to technical service and
research and development specialist. Prior to that, for close to two years I worked as a
research assistant in Dairy Science Department. I had also been part of Tetra Pack Limited,
India where I worked as an engineer for only two months. Besides, I have also done my
internship from Model Dairy Plant where I worked as a trainee for a month. I have also been

a trainee in GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Ltd, India and remained a summer intern
in Nestle India for two months. My small stint as an intern in various companies has helped
in gaining knowledge in the manufacture of fluid ice cream and milk, determination of heat
and solid particulate matter (SPM) loss for spray dryer, validation of the dough moisture and
the uptake correlation of fat in Noodles.
My years of experience have helped me in developing personality traits like good
communications skills and excellent leadership qualities. Further, the stint as research
assistant has helped develop my technical skills, critical thinking and providing attention to
detailing and develop the ability of planning and scheduling.
I am looking forward to gaining the required skills that will help me grow as
professional and a good MBA degree will contribute in accomplishing the objective.
