INTRODUCTION
Gender equality refers to those concept under which both men and women are provided equal
rights and responsibility from the customers. It is one of the most important as valuable aspect of
the world which requires focus from the governments of the country. The importance of getting
the concept in light is the increasing cases of gender inequality in the world (Riley, 2019). There
are many women are present which does not get the equal rights as per the men of the world.
These women are connected to different professions of the world such as business profession
politics and many more. The women are performing their roles and responsibilities in effective
manner which makes them productive for their organisation. But some negative elements of the
society has makes very difficult for these women to survive and enjoy equal rights as to the other
gender of the world. This report is based on the essay related to gender equality and provides

have achieve many benefits financially and socially by restricting the rights of women

increases the need of strict rules by the government of the state. There are different types of cases
are seen in the society in relation to rape, domestic violence and molestations against the women
which increases the fear of the ladies. These negative acts are done by those persons which does
not want to accept the rights and achievements of the women. These crimes are increasing by
huge pace which has negatively Impacts the condition of the stakeholders in the society.
There are different types of working women are present in the world which are working in the
organisations to maintain their lifestyles. One of the negative aspect of the market is that women
are also faced gender inequality in their workplace (Titkow, 2018). The pay structure of many
women are very less in comparison to men in the workplace. There are some organisations are

present in rural areas where the number of women are working in less amount in comparison to
the men. The women are not getting position in the management of the company which restricts
them to take decision for the company. The male privilege society has believed that the thinking
process of the males are effective than the females which are myth of the society (Verloo, 2018).
The number of of this type of cases are very high where the females has to satisfy with the less
rights. This condition shows the gender inequality for the women facing in the workplace. It is
very important for the government that they develop effective rules and regulations in the market
which helps the women to get the equal rights in the society and in the workplace. Women are
one of the most important stakeholder of the society which has performed critical functions so it
is very important for the government to provide them effective laws which promotes the gender
so that the women get the equal rights.
One of the most biggest negative measure which the women are facing is domestic violence. It is
related to those concept of the society under which the male partner of the relation has
committed the violence against their female partner due to their frustration. It is one of the
negative aspect of the society which negatively impact the women in different aspects such as
mentally, physically and socially (Elomäki and Ylöstalo, 2021). The government of the state has
developed many strict rule in relation to the domestic violence. All these rules and regulations
becomes ineffective because the number of women are present which does not make complaint
about the actions due to many reason. There may be any reason such as lack of education and
information and also the fear of their partner. It is very important for the government that they
spread the awareness about the rules and regulations so that the women can use these those rules
for their safety. It is very important for the women to get the information of the society which
has developed the effective judgement in their thinking and get the equal rights from the society.
Gender equality is one of the important part of the society which makes the world more effective
to live. The level of inequality are increased due to the expanding of negative ideology of the
world. There are many factors which should be control if the government wants to expand their
business. The factors are lack of employee employee equality, Lack of education and many
more. It is very important for the management of the country that they focus on these issues so
that the concept of gender equality can be promoted (Ylöstalo and Brunila, 2018). It is very
important for the government that they have developed effective education structure in the
country which educates the females as well as the males to understand the meaning and

importance of equality. The effective education is one of the most important aspect of the society
which has enables the citizens to understand their rights and duties. The effective education
structure help the government of the state that to develop effective law and order in the society
and makes them able to peruse their roles. The effective education helps the peoples to
understand their roles and responsibilities in the society. It is very important for the management
of the organisation that they develop effective and efficient structure in the country which makes

Advantages of gender equality

becomes easy for the country to grow their economy because women also conduct productive
activity in the market.

There are many women are present in the society which has to faced many negative dimensions
such as domestic violence. These negative aspects of the society has very bad effect on the health
and happiness of the society. If all the women are getting equal rights and duties in the market

then it becomes easy for them to becomes happy in their working. The health of the women are
protected. It is very important for the for the government that they developed effective and
efficient management in their country which promotes the gender equality.

government to make their country more purposive and competitive in international market. The
emotional power and adaptability of the women are very strong which makes the concept very
possessive for the organisation and becomes able to perform well in the organisation.
One of the most important and valuable advantage of the gender equality is provides
protection from the violence to the women and girls. The number of cases about the violence
against the women are increasing day by day which is one of the negative impact of gender
inequality. If the concept of gender inequality are promotes than the violence against the women
can be decreased and also the number of cases are decreased in the market. If these cases are
decreased then the law and order of the country becomes effective and becomes supportive for
the women.
Disadvantages of gender equality
The concept of gender equality has many advantages due to the importance of the
concept. But there are some disadvantages of this project are present in the market which is very
important to be evaluated by the the government and all the stakeholders of the society. This
helps the government to make the concept more sustainable in the market and also provide many

other benefit in the government. The brief discussion related to the disadvantages of the
government are given below:
 One of the biggest disadvantage of the gender equality is that if the level of equality are
increased by huge level then it becomes very difficult for the management of the
organisation to maintain the communication. There are many hurdles has to faced by the
company in this process.
 If the focus of the government becomes more towards the women in equality then the
rights of men can be sacrificed (Araujo and Tejedo-Romero, 2018).
