BMW faced the problems from the macro factor indirectly like new technologies are affect to business and its decision making process. By this management have to take new technology in their production and operation department (Philipov, Liefbroer and Klobas, 2015). Micro factor This factor refers the environment which under r from the business and operations of BMW. This factors are affect to business internal business process like competitor, staff members, suppliers, market and customers. They all are affect to BMW's management directly.
