be identified for putting their efforts for social welfare. They provide medicines and other
medical facilities of poor people who are not able to afford expensive treatment. However, these
people prefer internal satisfaction more than money which motivate them to provide support for
poor people in society with proper dedication in respect of solving desired problems (Tonnies
and Loomis, 2017). The present essay will focus on life choices of 'Mother Teresa' which are
based on sociological, cultural, moral and human development theories to the context of health
care delivery.
Mother Teresa was known in the Roman Catholic Church as Saint Teresa of Calcutta and
she was an Albanian- Indian Roman catholic nun as well as missionary. She was born on 26th
August in 1910 in Üsküp, Kosovo Vilayet, Ottoman Empire which is presently Skopje, Republic
of Macedonia. She get influence by stories of lives of missionaries and their service in Bengal
and she convinced to commit herself for religious life. In addition to this, she founder of
Missionaries of Charity which has around 4500 sisters working in 133 countries for welfare of
people. They provide shelter to those people who were dying of HIV/AIDS, leprosy and
