INTRODUCTIONDemocracy can be defined as a procedure of governing ion which government in thenation is elected by citizen of the country through mechanism of election. Since, it has been verylong years, man and women in the society had arguments related to the sustaining orimprovement in the democratic theory. In context of Eastern Europe, value of western liberaldemocracy has been embraced in the political system of nation. Some people considereddemocracy as to be imperfect form of government. The few authors consider democracy to be asan indication of gender bias in democratic theory itself.In context of present report, there is total disagreement with the democracy, as it leads tothe gender biases. In addition to this, other reason for disagreement with the democracy is thatsince many years ago, democratization has failed to deliver equality. But up to a great extent Iam agreed with the statement of Susan that if democratic theory is to be sustained and improved ,it is required to recognize differences is sometimes interminable. Report will consist of thedetailed discussion on the topic of democracy.MAIN BODY The fact about which the Susan is right and wrongI Perceive that democratic theory as a matter of principle which is committed to ideals. Ibelieve that as faith, democracy is always a false or wrong faith. In other words, I mean to saythat Susan should not have too much faith on democracy, as it might give rise to the inequality inthe country. Some author believes that democratic theories leads to the undemocratic practices.The author John Dunn, has argued that there are basically two types of democratic theories theseare dismally ideological and other is utopian. According to the author democracy is a badmechanism which is conducted for securing the measure of responsibility on behalf of governors.The other type of democracy is utopian., which author considered to be as good , as in such typesof democracy all arrangements are made considering the interest of people in the society. As perthe author, it is harder to implement the utopian democracy (Hynd, 2018.). According to theanalysis of Dunn, scepticism about democracy is largely based on the situations in modern life.Author has also analysed that it is the social or economic difference which give rise to inequality(Ellison, 2018). The other author Dahl has shown agreement with the statement that formalequality of citizens should not be undermined by economic as well as social inequalities. Authoralso excepts that lack of economic power is the root cause of political inequality, but at the
