outcomes within the group. It is a method to health that aims to rectify the health of an entire
human population. According to the mentioned case study of Donna who is 10-year child living
in Liverpool with his mother, father and three siblings. Donna has a dream to become a fashion
designer. She always tries to make think about three basic things such as “Home, Jobs and to
become rich”. As, this seems to be quite difficult for her to get because of limited resources
available to her.
In order to become more famous, she think first to get a job and earn sufficient amount of
money and after that build a well-furnished home so that she never have to live or spend their
night on the streets. There are various bio-psycho-social factors in Donna’s life. These are
making overall impacts on the health and social attitude of the Donna. An approach is describing
