Education is one of the essential aspects of an individual’s life. Learning is crucial to a
healthy mind and ensures success to individuals. Education is an essential element for the
acquisition of basic information and skills; instead, it’s more than just book learning. It is an
effort by the older generation to pass their wisdom of life on to their progeny. Besides, the role of
the university is vital in shaping the mind and behavior of an individual (Aleixo, Leal and
Azeiteiro, 2018). The essay focuses on the importance of education in improving the quality of
one’s life. Education acts as a powerful weapon in improving one’s life and determines the
quality of one’s life. It strengthens individual knowledge, skills, and enhances the attitude and
personality. Our world is constantly evolving and growing, so teaching and educating intelligent
people who are capable of understanding and solving the problems of modern society properly is
very much relevant (Black, 2017). Hence, proper education is required for shaping society and
developing the personality and enhancing the standard of living. It helps a person to develop as
an individual with enlightenment and capable of managing any issue that comes along his or her
path.
Discussion
In this era, learning about the importance of a good education is extremely necessary. A
good education is not necessarily going to school or college for the intention of graduating. It
goes deeper than this. If anyone can read or write, went to school and graduated, it doesn’t mean
he’s got a full education. Instead, it is a part of knowledge that aware him what is happening in
the surrounding. Education plays a crucial role in creating successful individuals. By learning all

society (Kail and Cavanaugh, 2018). Daily basis of life, people learn how to meet challenges and
overcoming it; via education, people learn basic social standards, laws, regulations, and values. It
enhances the behavior and mentality of people and provides a better opportunity to make a
decent living by laying a foundation stone for a better future. In certain aspects of life, an
illiterate person discovers specific difficulties to cope up. Proper education and training extend
the capability of understanding and vision. It allows us to build a healthy life and offers more
opportunities to enhance a disciplined lifestyle. Education empowers minds, which enables them
to articulate new ideas and opinions. It helps students to analyze while making choices about life.
Life offers human beings various obstacles for survival, yet education leads human beings to
deal with failure and attain achievement in life (Lim, 2018). It helps to learn more about the
outer world, their culture belief knowledge, and many more. Education is also a pre-condition for
every country’s growth and modernization. In turn, high-quality schooling helps an individual to
lead a better life, improve their intellect, talents, knowledge, and make meaningful changes in
one’s life. Higher education allows an individual to expand their understanding and acquire
expertise and convey their ideas both in oral and in writing by grasping the theories concept and
enhance the understanding regarding the communities and world around (Kumar and Subhashini,
2017). Hence, not only educated people live, but they enjoy their lives to the full extent while
