INTRODUCTION
Effective style of management is considered as the getting employees collectively on the
common platform to extract best things out of them for the effective management. For smooth
and effective running of company, management plays an important role in terms of improving
the overall bond among the employees and employers to work collectively. Along with this,

considered which is the leisure club and situated in United Kingdom and tends to offer various
facilities including luxury Spa, landscaped garden, indoor swimming pool and so on. Along with
this, report tends to cover effective analysis of the profile of General Manager and considering
team working theory for the enhancement of management skills.

Effective analysis of performance is important as it is the continuous procedure in terms
of enhancing the overall performance by developing effective team and individual goals by
aligning with the strategic objectives of company. For this, effective planning is important in
