It is identified that employee wellbeing act as a major part of the organisation in order to maintain profitability and productivity within the firm. There are a number of employee wellbeing programs which are run by the organisation and order to initiatehealthyworkingconditionsandprovideabetterworkingenvironmenttothe employees. In context to this it is identified that there are lots of issues which are also faced while performing these well-being programs. Some of the major issues which are faced by theorganisationwhilemaintainingthesewellbeingprogramarerelatedtolowerthe profitability as it include cost for staff and various other. It is analysed that there are lots of benefits which can be availed by the organisation by using the well-being programs for stock these are important for the organisation as the wellbeing programs improve the employee health behaviour. In context to this the core of every good wellbeing program is the behavioural change which company want to implement in an employer(Hodgins, Flemming, and Griffiths, 2016). With the appropriate education skill motivation and use of social support will help in developing healthy behaviour within the employee. It is also identified that well-being program are good at helping the people adopting and maintaining healthy behaviour within an organisation. This acted as a biggest benefit for the organisation. These also help in saving the organisation healthcare cost. This is because unhealthy behaviour directly lead to health risk and then it will give rise to chronic disease in the employee. The chronic disease will cost in the healthcare and can increase the well-being caused within the organisation. It is reserved that people with healthy lifestyle and using appropriate wellbeing program are more effective and are helpful in boosting the profitability level of organisation. Wellbeing program also help in reducing the elevated health risk. it is founded that any good wellbeing program which has focus on helping the employees always help in developing healthy behaviour within employees. This also identify that blood glucose high blood cholesterol and high blood pressure are the most causes of unhealthy diet and lack of physical activities(Goble and Bye-Brookes, 2016). By entering within the wellbeing program organisation used to reduce these and healthy habits within the employees and help those in doing exercises and performing appropriate activities. One of the major issues in the current time related to improper management of employee is smoking activities and use of tobacco. Most of the evolving program within organisation has their clear focus on reducing the consumption of smoke and come back within an employee who helps in developing better employment culture and improve their productivity and reducing health risk.

The major reason behind these are related to employee with the good health behaviour have lower absenteeism along with employees who can control their stress have lower absenteeism and their employees with healthy blood pressure cholesterol glucose level are also tend to lower the absenteeism ratewithinanorganisation.Itissummarisedbythestudiesofdifferentpapersthat organisation can improve its performance and reduce the absenteeism by implementing an appropriate well-being program. Employee wellbeing programs are directly associated with the contribution of employee within organisation. Employee can also avail a benefit of using the valuable program as it help in improving the employee recruitment and retention (Wheatley,2017).Identifytheappropriatewellbeingprogramprogrammedbythe organisation will help in establishing an appropriate system within the firm which also help in employing the individuals within the organisation. This is because it will help in identifying the appropriate individual for the particular job and their fitness. Wellbeing program also have a stronger impact on the retention of the employee as retention is an ability of the organisation in order to retain its workforce. Different wellbeing program will help the employee in understanding a positive environment within an organisation and improving their functions. A powerful influence and attention will help in organisation to maintain competitive advantage employees and managing talent in the form for staff it is identified that if organisation of a and appropriate wellbeing program then the employees will work as a part of organisation and do work within the organisation for a longer period of time. These are the major issue in front of organisation in current time is increasing the moral of employees in this context employee wellbeing program are useful for the firm in order to boost the morale of the employees and retain them for longer period of time. Appropriate wellbeing program launched by organisation will help in identifying the needs of employed and providing them positive working environment(Shanafel and Noseworthy, J.H., 2017). By developing appropriate well-being program organisation can start engaging the employees communicating with each other and feeling free for appreciation. This will directlyboostthemoraleoftheemployeeandincreasetheirparticipationwithinan organisation. There are different activities involving programs which also increase the interaction of different individuals and help them understanding different aspects. It is analysed that employ or obviously healthier but are more importantly they are happier with the program. This act as a another reason for increasing their moral within the organisation and help in managing their behaviour according to the organisational environment. This will boost positivity within the environment and act as an academic approach to wellbeing program(Cumming, 2017). This can be seen that it is a part of Maslow need hierarchy theory where organisation can boost the morale of employee by providing them safety and security needs. This is because by including an appropriate well-being program organisation can provide different health benefits to the individuals where they will get to know about exercises work in an appropriate environment and can reduce the chances of health issues for stop this will help in reducing the contribution of employee in healthcare services and insurances. This ultimately helps their pocket and will provide them different kind of financial benefits. So this can we analyse that by focusing on the well-being program an individual can reach and maintain healthy body where it can reduce their weight and can maintain an appropriate body mass index to meet the requirement of physical fitness. This also promotes a healthy culture within the organisation where the surrounding is full of wellbeing programs to meet the healthy needs. It can be analysed from the above that there are various factors which are directly related to the benefits of using an appropriate well- being program within an organisation to the professionals working there on. This help them in gaining maximum benefits by improving their health as well as working within the organisation for stop this will also help them in terms of monetary and non-monetary benefits where an individual can live the life with better health.
