BRIEF 1
TASK 1
Part 2
According to my views, mental health is the most important thing in the whole body as
everything is connected with the brain. In the absence of proper conditions of mental health, the
well-being of an individual can be destroyed and challenges may be increased. It is very required
that every individual is healthy mentally for making decisions, responds to things, act on
contingencies and many more. I personally believe that, issues like depression, anxiety, and
related diseases can disturb the lifestyle and make it worse. If a person has good mental health,
then quick responses can be given to emergency situations. On the other hand, unhealthy mind
can take long time to give answers or take actions which may add on more problems (Kubacki
and et. al., 2015). A person has better control, ability and self-esteem to lead a healthy life. With
positive mental health, a person is able to solve the problem, reduce stress level and remove
negativity from the life. On the contrary, poor mental health may give rise to number of illnesses
which can be serious and remain for a long time. I think that, one has to be in the right mind set
to be able to act on different situations and take preventive measures in order to stop any
circumstances at a fixed extent. In considering the other angle, an individual is accepted in the
society who is healthy and mentally fine otherwise situations totally opposite can be observed.
Therefore, in order to tackle emergency situations, one must be in good mental condition and
control the circumstances before they take a different turn.
