to develop the skill gap with the help of virtual training and online courses. Along with this I
taking use of assistance with my seniors and peers to gain feedback on the things which is
essential for me to perform better in the workplace environment. However I possess various

it is essential for an individual to be highly skilled and efficient in order to stand out from others.
This makes me to be unhappy with my current CV as to get professional opportunities in
multinational organizations I need to work on my skills in more effective way.
