this will further contribute in the development of personal and professional career. Audit of skills
is the framework which is used to ascertain the development in the skill by evaluating

information from this assessment is used in development of personal development plan which
aid in improvement of weak skills. This report is focused upon the analysis of the skills which
are developed over the performance of the activity of fundraising. Also, personal development
and research planning is done for analysing the skills which are needed to develop through
preparation of personal development plan.

Tumour charity. We have a team of different members having their own different role in
performance of the activity of fundraising. This is the important exercise in nature which has
huge contribution in the development of the personal skills. Numerous situations are arise in the
process of fundraising which are needed to tackle properly for effective completion of
programme in successful manner (Collaborative, 2018). The different main aspects regarding
which skills can be developed due to indulging in diversified activities of fundraising includes
communication, problem solving, time management, decision making, research, planning etc.
While performing the activity of fundraising to support Brain Tumour Charity, the
number of skills which I noticed that developed in me includes team working, research,
planning, decision making, problem solving, communication and time management. The core
function which is performed by me in the activity of fundraising is about creation of overall
outline of the aspects which are needed to perform to raise funds from public. In this regard, I
segregate the public in different groups to understand their nature and behaviour. This is
important in nature to do because this will help me to categorise the amount of fund in smaller
parts in accordance to the nature they have towards the social activities. This will make the work
of fundraising easy because I decided funds are raised through driving a hired car for different
group of people and collect reasonable amount of money through Tip which is valuable and
somehow contribute in development of the patients affected from Brain Tumour. Along with the
preparation of the outline of the whole framework, I individually perform the work of collecting
fund from public by drive a private car. In this regard, I prefer to made one to one
communication with personnel and explain the cause of fundraising. By attaining the trust of
person towards the cause I ask for their contribution which they want to give or provide from
their side in Brain Tumour Charity and this is in the form of Tip. In performance of such
function and collection of amount from different individuals includes facing of different
situations which demonstrates the development of my skills as through using them I am able to
cope up the situations and collect the amount in accordance to my own personal targets.

deadline. No one is ready to collect fund by following any one's idea. In this situation, I also
gave one practical suggestion about collection of funds by adopting the technique of Chauffeur.

working on team project. All the different individuals have their own perception which creates
difficulties and sometime delays the work at starting point. Another aspect of learning which
make sense in this situation is always think positive and try to find out the solutions. The

collect fund was suggested by me.
