The supplier provides biscuits like Oreo cookies, melting moments, rainbow cookies and others. It also supplies grocery items like Irish tea bag, Nescafe blend, caster sugar, raw sugar, jelly, peanut butter, vegetable oil and many such grocery items. Confectionary items, healthy, snacks, sugar free items, snacks and other food items are also supplied by The Distributors.Supplier 2: Beverage- The beverage products are supplied by Socrates Distributors in the company. They supply beverages like almond breeze, apple tree fruit juices, bonsoy milk, calypso, milk lab, nutrient water, protein revival, coconut water, sparkling water, sparkling ice and several other beverages. Health drinks, energy drinks, kids drinks are also supplied by the Socrates Distributors. Supplier 3: Tourism- The tour company named Topdeck has a tie-up with the company. Topdeck provide tours to the travelers aged from 18 to 39. They offer excellenttrips in affordable prices which is beneficial for the company with which it has a tie-up. 2. Key performance indicators or specifications that is required for the supply of eachproduct or service from each supplierThe key performance indicator for the food supplier is takt time. The Distributors sometimestake excess time than the allotted time which hampers the system of the organization where itsupplies its materials. The increase of time leads to the misbalanced work process because if the

The key performance indicator for the beverage supplier is empty running. SocratesDistributor has complained about the fact of empty running to the organization. According toSocrates Distributor they travel a long distance with empty vehicle as the organization is reallyfar from their company and they do not have any other organizations in between which leadstheir company to a loss. Due to this empty running they are trying to increase their contractualrate with the organization which would also hamper the financial statement of the organization.The key performance indicator for the tourism company Topdeck is their age limit. Topdeckoffers their tours to people who are within the age of 18 to 39 which restricts the availability forall travelers. The company with which it has a tie-up has different customers from kid to old andnot only youngsters. Therefore the age limit of Topdeck hampers the customers of theorganization which leads to the loss of organization along the decreased customers. 3.Alternative suppliersThe alternate supplier for The Distributors is Bidfood based on the keyperformance indicator mentioned earlier. Bidfood has an incredible range of food anddrink, cleaning products, catering supplies and more. It is one of the leading suppliers ofUK to the food service industry which offers complete catering solutions to businesses ofdifferent sizes across the country. The company also provides a huge range of cateringequipment and non-food essentials. Therefore it can be said that Bidfood can be a betteralternative supplier and it would not face problem in takt time because their employeestrength is also high.
