INTRODUCTION
This report is going to present some ways and methods of developing Cooperative behavior
while working as a boom leader in sea urchins child care centre.
MAIN BODY
TASK
The first plan is required to analyses the need of child for learning. In order to eliminate
their weakness, use of relevant tools and pictures will be helpful in engaging their interest
towards learning.
Another plan is require behaving with a child in their manner so that they would
corporate with you to and obeying your instructions easily. This could be done through
adopting a good communication skill and hand presentation to make the clean children
easily understands (Hui-Ying, 2020))
To make Cooperative behavior with children, indulge in activities with them which make
them secure and safe around someone to have by their side.
Try to bring up new concepts of activities and core curriculum areas so that children
would take interest in listening and easily gets the criteria.
Children usually show interest in interesting facts and expressions. Grab their attention
which makes them ready to cooperate with the leader.
Make the surroundings positive and healthy so that children could not get frustrated and
better understand their self esteem in a positive environment of learning (Vera, 2018).
This helps in maintaining a coordination among children and leaders
CONCLUSION
An effective plan has made in order to ascertain Cooperative behaviour of children with the
mates and leaders. It is necessary to make children understand about coordination and
cooperation at initial stage of their learning cycle.
