Q1: Identify and explain the possible ways in which new systems may support
innovation.
Idea or innovation can be transformed to support new systems and changes if an organization
make proper availability for adequate resources. It has been observed that without the proper
allocation and utilization of resources, ideas resultant in the major failure. For succouring
new systems to support innovation, is it extremely essential to invest in the nourishment and
creativity of the workers. An organization should not only include research and development
(R&D) department but every department of an organization should include into the
innovation process (Adams, Jeanrenaud, Bessant, Denyer & Overy, 2016). Developing an
accommodating leadership style, it is the responsibility of senior management to nurture the
attitude and behaviour of team managers and leaders. Apart from this, in order to enhance the
probability of an innovation, front line workers and subordinate should be always motivated
(Ehde, Dillworth & Turner, 2014).

Q2. What is change management? What are the theories and models of change
management?
Change management is the term used for all modification that prepare, support and succour
an organization in making organizational changes. Change management includes changes
which are related to the technological evolution, process reviews, consumer habit changes,
acquisition, merger and organizational restricting (Ehde, Dillworth & Turner, 2014).
There are 7 theories and model of change model:
Lewin’s change management model: It includes three stages. “Unfreeze stage” refers
to the preparation for adopting change. “Change stage” refers to the situations where
real modification take place. “Refreeze stage” defines how the change will get
accepted, embraced and implemented.
McKinsey 7 s model: The model includes both emotional and practical methods of
change. This also offers directional factor to organizational change.
Kotter's change management theory: This theory increase urgency, make effective
team, provide communication methods, get things moving, get the vision correct,
focus on short term goals and incorporate organizational changes.
Nudge Theory: Inspiring an organization or an individual is the basic essence of this
theory (Freeman, 2013).
ADKAR model: It includes the measures to help a company through the process of
change. This model also implies in providing effective training to the employees.
Bridges' Transition Model: This model concentrates on the transition, instead of
change.
Kübler-Ross Five Stage Model: The model helps to understand and deal with personal
trauma and has been widely accepted worldwide.

Q3. Identify 5 ways of creating innovative system concepts.
1. An innovative strategy should be described about the company’s future state:
For creating or adding innovation in the system, it is important that an innovation
helps a company in getting upwards growth curve. Link of possibilities and
opportunity with the innovation should shape the overall strategy of a company
(Keupp, Palmie & Gassmann, 2012).
2. Innovations strategy should provide basics to break the competition and arrange space
for a company in the market:
In order to create innovation strategy, it should include the competitive advantages to
the company. It should not fail to deliver competitive advantages by enhancing
overall growth level of the business. Innovation strategy should include methods to
overcome challenges rather then just acting like the road map of business extensions.
3. Process of developing innovation:
Process of developing innovative ideas or strategy should be immediately take into
consideration by the senior authorities. In order to bring and execute innovative idea
action is required. It also required carefully transferring to existing knowledge into the
marketable solution (Kim & Kumar, 2012).
4. For creating innovative system concept, time duration should be the main element:
Innovations strategy should be prepared within the specific time because it reflects
available capacity, technological resource and gap of the resources.
5. Innovation strategy should provide measures to eliminates old scenario:
Innovation strategy should bring method to provides adjustments and desired outputs
to cut losses and production cost. Innovation strategy should fit in the annual
corporate cycle of an organization (Seltzer & Mahmoudi, 2013).
