This study is focus on analysing the impact of social media in marketing field on employee’s recruitment in
UK. This will include majority for some recruitment agencies which depend on social media for different
finding which are skilled and qualified for various different organisation. With the help of social media the
organisation can easily remove their extra cost in recruitment process and able to serve more hiring within
their organisation.
This particular research will be followed by data protection act 2018, which would be helpful for the
researcher to conduct an ethical consideration form. The data which is used and collected through primary
and secondary data source is used only for the academic purpose and not used by any other purpose. All
