Answer : To serve patients with efficiency and dignity is an inherent part of a doctor's
moral and expert values. Despite this, because of the lapses of a few doctors relating to
patient’s safety, malpractices including using defensive medicines are being reported
frequently and the overall situation is deteriorating with every passing day . Even the
events are not revealed to patients. The risk of medical malpractice litigation by
physicians seems to be a relevant factor in analyzing the proceedings. The purpose of this
study was to analyze the circumstances under which the association is affected on
account of the danger of lawsuits for malpractice and the irresponsible performance of
doctors.
To resolve the issues for patients to get a quality healthcare experience, the four
principles of Health Care Ethics are applicable. ("Bioethic Tools: Principles of
Bioethics", 2019)
1. Autonomy Patients should be allowed to participate in expressing their own decisions,
regardless of whether the medical provider thinks that these decisions may or may not be
beneficial to the patient.
2. Beneficiary: This principle suggests that healthcare providers should do their best to
benefit the patient in all situation. All proposed treatments and procedures should be
made applicable to suit the patient in the best possible way.

3. Non-maleficence: This principle is the ultimate goal for all practitioners, and says that
medical service providing agencies need to investigate whether the society or other
people are affected by the decision, though it may benefit the patient.
4. Justice: The principle of justice says that every medical decision must be fair.
In a multidimensional care locations each event should be recorded in such a fashion that
there should be transparency and the events can be revealed. In absence of such events, it
may result in loss of information and result in errors of communication. Hospital bosses
and healthcare specialists should take this change as a positive one and help them to
explain any situation and create a situation where complaints will be minimized.
Physicians need to distinguish that they can trust on the hospital organization after
reporting an occurrence. To create an environment of accurate care prospects, patients
and the general community should be well-versed about the dangers and difficulty in
providing health care. (Huxtable, 2013)

Answer : Prior investigation has obtained many clarifications for the ill-fated outcome for
the patients. For example, doctors should reserve practice of self-justified medicine
against the prescribed norms to spoil the patient-doctor association. More damages occur
when the events are not declared. A shortage of time, a lack of response in the events
informed beforehand, a denial of actual happenings by the hospital authorities, and
because of disheartened doctors or nurses losing confidence because of occurrence of
similar episodes are the root causes for such errors which resulted in fatal death of the
patient.
