This project is critically analysing the engagement of the ethical consideration for conducting research project and associate that with the ethics which are involved in the research decision-making. This project also provides the demonstration of skills which were used for researchsuchastimemanagement, projectmanagement, writtencommunicationand independent learning. MAIN BODY Methodology For this the research philosophy that is chosen is positivism due to which it has to utilize the research approach as deductive. The research strategy for this study includes survey which is done with a help of questionnaire that is used for gathering primary data (Zangirolami- Raimundo, Echeimberg and Leone, 2018). The sampling frame work is used for this study in which fifty random respondents are chosen for managing the basic growth in analysing the situation. Collection of the data that is primary is done through SPSS and secondary sources of data which are used are online journals, articles and newspapers. respondents are taken for research due to their consent. Their responses to each and every question has also been kept confidential in the research. It is that principle of which requires the researcher to allow the individuals to make free and voluntary decisions which are related to the participation in the research. The information provided by respondents are considered to be essential for making informed decisions in the research. For ensuring the autonomy it is essential for the respondents to known everything about the research. It helps them by providing consent for the participation or withdrawing their decision at any point. It has been fairly accurate with the representation of the contributions to the research proposals. There needs to be decent bit of fairness in the peer review. This research has beenconsideredtobethecollegialityionthescientificinteractionswhichincludes communications and sharing of resources. In this research there is also an adherence to the mutual responsibilities which is present between the investigators and their research teams. Social responsibility The social responsibility of the research is considered to be the way in which it addresses the different issues of the research ethics and social responsibility that could be towards consideration of the issues which people face in the society (Soundararajan, Jamali and Spence, 2018). In this research the individuals and companies have a duty to act in the best interests of their environment and society which as whole is considered to be more effective in the company for taking voluntary action as opposed to being required by the government. This research ensures the output and its relation with the stakeholders understanding which are going to be the reader, the company and the tutor. Integrity and transparency For this research there has been use of honest and verifiable methods which are proposed, performing and evaluated research. It is considered to be essential for research results which are particular in giving attention to the adherence of rules and regulations (Wallach, Gonsalves and Ross, 2018). It is helpful for the guidelines which for following commonly accepted professional codes or norms. The research transparency means that the methods used in the analysis of the data of the research are needs to be reported in order to ensure that it is viable and the work is not repeated. Maximising benefit and minimising harm Harm is a contested concept in the research and it can be said that this research is not causing much harm (Abrams and et.al., 2018). Only when the respondents are asked questions for survey their time is somewhat considered to be misused. This is the reason consent has been taken for utilizing their time and information. The benefit of this research is related to the different issues of the employee turn over which it is able to solve from the results of the information that has been developed CONCLUSION With the help of this project it can be concluded that this research about the employee turn over has been very ethical and has provided the results related to the study with proper integrity and honesty.
