2RESEARCH METHODOLOGYIntroductionThe research methodology is very important to conduct a research. This chapter evidentlydescribes the research methods used to conduct the study. The research methodology is theprocedure that is used to gather data and information for making business decisions. Researchmethodology permits to considerate of a range of methods used in the research. It maycomprise interviews, journal research, surveys and other research techniques [ CITATIONFle16 \l 16393 ]. It may embrace both chronological and current information. Hence, researchmethodology refers to the method or procedure that makes easy to carry out the research in aprearranged and organized approach. Therefore, research method can be described as aprocess for research that is very well organized. Research MethodThe general approach had been identified in the research method section. Here, in theresearch method section, the reason had been discussed why the method had been selected.Research method also described the sampling technique, the characteristics of the sample andthe population. Research method also illustrated how the data was collected. Limitation andethical issues during data collection had been discussed here. Various methods had been usedfor this research. They are discussed below.MethodologyQualitative research method was applied to carry out the research. Qualitativeresearch is considered by its objectives, which is connected to accepting some feature ofcommunal life. Words rather than figures are used as information for investigation in thequalitative method. On the other hand, quantitative research method is used in some otherresearch. The objectives and methods of qualitative research can be inaccurate. Samples usedin a quantitative research may be small. The samples may not be envoy of the broaderpopulation. Hence, it is difficult to know how far the results can be generalized[ CITATIONRou17 \l 16393 ]. The findings of quantitative research can be short of rigidity. It is alsocomplicated to inform whether the findings are biased by the individual judgment of theresearcher. The most suitable and exact way of responding qualitative queries is to utilizequalitative methods. It is better to start with qualitative methods because there is a littleknowledge about the situation. It is used to provide answer to the questions about “why”,“what” and “how” of the occurrence. Smaller sample size can be used in a qualitativeresearch. Thus, costs of conducting research will be saved. Qualitative research is used tocomplete the research quickly. The open-ended arrangements of qualitative study make itachievable to obtain under surface responses and reasonable opinion to collect informationfrom the arousing response of an individual. Hence, qualitative method was adopted toevaluate the subject materials with details.Population, Sampling technique, Population samplePopulation: All members of the defined group are included in population.Information is taken from the population.
