The manager of the company was specialized in design of specialized DVDs. He offered her the job immediately. As Iinaz was very happy to get this job, without taking much time she accepted the offer. Recommendation It is suggested to Iinaz to take the decision with her husband and try to even see the opportunity that she has got. The decision that Iinaz has to take would happen so that it impact her personal life as well as in the society where she live. If she thinks it is not a bad idea to work with Mark as they will be able to get lot of things to learn. On the other hand, she needs to think of her reputation with her culture and religion as it can impact her personal life. Conclusion From the analysis that has been done in the above report. The decision making is very much important for Iinaz in the professional life where ever she goes she will be facing such issue. Rather than given up with the situation. Lizan better take the opportunity of getting the job and gain knowledge about the project. Moreover, she needs to convince her husband to support and stand for her in every path when their religion and culture fight against her.
