Abstract
Ethical issues are fundamental in ensuring accessed information is of high quality.
The success of any business largely depends on organization protocols in sharing
information through advertisement and other social media to convey information
either internally or externally. In any organization, there should be a proper channel
of sharing information. Protecting users or workers confidential in an environment is
important in building strong user management relationship. Successful businesses
observe integrity among other moral principles that create conducive platform in
sharing information. With technology advancement, ethical issue has been a
challenge to many companies. Therefore trustfulness of information is not
guaranteed.

Introduction
Accessing information in real time is so critical in achieving objective for an
individual or a business. Quora is one of the applications available in Google stores
that one can download. The App is a question and answer platform where people
shares quality knowledge worldwide. Many people have Quora application installed
in their device as it’s so essential in obtaining information. In 2009 Quora was
established, but of recent over 100 million Quora users have experience security
breach that compromises the user’s confidentiality [4]. Hackers used the security
loophole to access personal information’s including names, email address,
encrypted data, and other essential data. Major ethical issues such as People
privacy and confidentiality that is very critical is compromised.
Ethical issues
One ethical issue is confidentiality. It is essential to observe the confidentiality of
the information without making any information leakages to the public. Ensuring a
high level of privacy is necessary for any mode of accessing data as it builds trust
among people. Breaching this important ethical principle will make consumers loose
trust in the Company’s products [1]. The ethical duty of confidentiality in any
environment refers to the responsibility of organization, application or an individual
in safeguarding entrusted data. Data security entails the obligation of Quora
application in this scenario to protect users’ information from being accessed by
unauthorized persons, who can modify the data in the system or even delete
individual data. Confidentiality policy means keeping the user information between
the company and client alone no third party involved.
Copyright infringement is another ethical issue which entails protecting the rights of
authors work. With many users sharing music, photos, and post over the internet,
the probability of losing confidentiality is high. While sharing and accessing
information, it is essential to note the author’s permission before sharing data over
a social media platform as it may turn out to be unlawful [3]. It may be good news
for users to download files for free without using any coin, but in the real sense, it
