This study analyzes the ethical issues related to client database management in the ICT industry. It discusses privacy, confidentiality, and security breaches and proposes solutions to handle these challenges. The Doing Ethics Technique is used to analyze the situation, and the ACS Code of Ethics is applied to evaluate the situation from the perspective of an ICT professional. The study recommends educating personnel on proper information management, organizing records, and controlling information access to ensure confidentiality and security.
