INTRODUCTION Ethical issues are the conflicts or unethical code of conduct done by any business or individual which leads creates problems in the work place of the business(Jannati, J. and Nazarpour, D., 2019). Ethical issues create problems in fulfilling the societal needs and wants and leads to inefficiency in the work environment. There are many ethical issues related to Global business environment which are due to unequal rights by the company low of integrity etc prevailing in the global businesses(Gushpantz, T., 2022). This report will cover challenges and issues and how they affect the companies and how companies affect the issue both positively and negatively and the how they will find the solutions to the issues etc. Further, it will also include code of conduct that will assist in resolving the issue and the suggestion the code do to improve the situation for both a company, communities and individuals. Lastly, identifying the professional body organisation is best suited to aiding companies deal with the issue. MAIN BODY PART-A Ethical issue/challenge faced by companies in global business environment Nowadays companies are facing many ethical issues in global business environment and creates problem for the companies to regulate its business smoothly(Turale, 2020). The main challengeandissuesfacedbymostofthecompaniesanddiscussedinthisreportis Environmental issueWhich is creating problem like climate changes, pollution, sustainability, water pollutants etc. due to companies waste products and harmful gases which are destroying the planet or trees and harmful for the health of living beings animals and humans(Belyaeva, Z., 2018). Most of the companies are depleting the natural resources of the planet which is reducing the sustainability and ecosystem of the planet(Gushpantz, T., 2022). This issues are affecting the company’s customers and competitions, technology, and social conditions. Companies handling the issues positively and negatively Some companies are handling the issue in aPositive waysby forecasting all the affects by its expert team related to the environment. Companies like IkE, Unilever, IBM etc are running an environmental running business for reducing the impact of pollution and other wastages and
preventing all natural resources(Cai, W. and Ye, P., 2020). The companies are producing those products and services which are eco friendly and does not harm the health of the animals and humans by using the products and producing the products in a way for removing the wastages for example using rainwater tanks for storing water for other works, and other solar hot water system etc(Martinho, and et.al.,2021). Although some companies are adding to the issues and increasing thenegative impactlike producing the products only for profit motive and using short cut ways of producing the products like increasing the pollution by using cheap machines and involving in products that leads to more use of natural resources and hazardous for the health of all living beings(San Martín, 2022). Code of conduct assisting in resolving/addressing the issue Many companies like Tesco, Ikea, Unilever is using the code of conduct for resolving the issues of environmental problems that are affecting their performances and reducing the profits. The companies are following environmental duty andEnvironmental Protection Act 1994 for preventing environmental harm that are decreasing their performances(Talukdar, R., 2018). The companies are following this duty which is compulsory because Government is controlling all the activities for protecting the natural resources and punishing those industries who are involving in those facility that affecting the planet. In this way the companies are using those techniques and tools that are protecting the environment like saving water, electricity, trees so that it can be available to the future population due to scarcity of resources and making sustainable use of resources for future requirements(Mersha, S., 2018). Government of each state and global areas are protecting the activities of industries for making everyone aware about the environmental law. Support and Guidance available from the relevant professional bodies/ organisations The professional bodies and organisation which support and guide different industries globally so that the peace and collaboration will be maintained and the goals of each industries fulfil with full efficiency by undertaking eco friendly environment. The companies can build good image and reputations in the global world like lower consumption of raw materials and increase in efficiency by reuse and recycling of the materials. The companies those are not performing or following both are creating huge problems for the environment like emitting more amount of wastages in the rivers or polluting sea animals (Mittelstadt, B., 2019). Increasing pollution and depletion of natural resources leads to no future availability of resources like coal, petrol, wood etc(Mutakinati, 2018). CONCLUSION From the above report it has been concluded that global business are facing various ethical issues or challenges which are affecting their performances. The environmental issues is a serious issues which is exploiting the planet or people. It is further concluded that many companies are following environmental protection law and professional bodies for taking suggestions and guidance from them and following the rules by the Central Government for peaceful working of the business. It is also concluded that the companies those who are not
