These issues impacting the global business and their decision-making patterns. The ethical issue selected as of theworking conditions and the standards,the issue is mainly as of engaging all the workers in the company as by providing fair treatment with adequate Working conditions by providing safety and security to their health for Working in the company (Ethical Considerations in International Business,2022). Also, meeting the minimum employment standards which is essential for ensuring the physical safety and security for working and serving the global business. The Working condition as an ethical issue impacting the company when the companies are not maintaining the proper working conditions for the staff personnels which are Working and serving for achieving profits. It impacts on the staff personnels and results in voluntarily redundancies from the company (Bick, Halsey and Ekenga, 2018).
