In this activity we will debate various dimensions of ethical and unethical behaviours of leaders and establish a criteria to measure ethical behaviour. Compare and contrast side by side, the criteria to be used when evaluating ethical and unethical behaviours of leaders under the following consequences: - The application of power to influence decision - Responding to criticism by colleagues and sub-ordinate - Addressing conflicting and diverse viewpoints and interest from various stakeholders - Developing a vision and mission for the organisation - Risk taking through the process of decision making - Communication of relevant information to the skate holders - Responding to criticism by colleagues and sub-ordinate - Cultivating followers’ skills and development of their self-confidence Develop a response to address the above issues.
