Core Ethical Obligation of Organization
Organizational ethics are the primary standards and principals used by companies to
operate according to the Reference for Business. These ethics are well demonstrated by the acts
of fairness, compassion, integrity, honor and responsibility. Johnson, (2016) indicates that all
employees are made by the employers to understand these business ethics through training based
on the company standards. Examples of the organizational ethics include uniform treatment of all
the employees, Social responsibility, financial ethics and lastly considerations. Considerations
include taking care of employees who are mentally ill or drug abusers and alcohol dependency.
The business system is to operate under certain standards based on the moral course.
Ethical obligations in the business system guide employees and employers to draw a line when
doing wrong and right actions. A good coordination in an organization is designed by different
regulations and rules set to govern performances of employees in the business system. Many
organizations develop these ethical obligations to succeed in the effort of achieving goals and
marginal profits in the production (Campbell, 2008). Importantly, these value guided behaviors
enhance discretionary decision making in a firm.
Core obligations in the business system involve activities of hiring and recruiting staffs,
maintaining healthy and safe working environments, wisely utilizing organization's resources
and avoiding conflicts cases in the organization (Painter-Morland et al., n.d.). For example,
ethical guidelines condemn cases where staffs receive gifts from the potential supplier of the
organization. Equally, it is not right for supervisors to hire and recruits employees based on their
qualifications rather than the combination of qualifications and skills. The organization needs to
develop ethical consideration for the common supplier. This consideration evaluates whether
good supplied are healthy and safety to the potential customer of the organization. Assessment

on places where the products are developing is also important to help the organization have a
good understanding on nature of their products (StachowiczStanusch, 2014). The ultimate
responsibility of the organization owner is to fulfill needs of the customers based on ethical
obligations. With this understanding of the core ethical value, it will be easy to develop the
strong framework for making decisions and reducing possible dilemma.
Sustainability of the moral obligations requires an organization to have better
development of objectives and goals (Painter-Morland et al., n.d.). The global ethics
understanding helps an organization to have normative sense and distinguish descriptions of
sustaining developed based on moral values. The key objective is to explore human moral
obligations to increase organization understanding on sustainable development. Different role
related human rights help an organization to have better basic elements of propelling business
operations into right paths. In many cases, these obligations are developed by creating inclusive,
integrative and diverse environments. Sustainability designs some better way of making
important decisions which could positively impact the development programs in the system. In
most cases, ethical obligations design some good check on personal responsibility based on
creativity, integrity, and character of a person (StachowiczStanusch, 2014). Sustainability
obligations increase expectations of many employers based on ethic team commitment, good
conduct, and issues of an ethical dilemma.
Ethical Issues Conflicts and Dilemma in Contemporary Organization
A contemporary organization is faced with ethical problems that affect the overall
performances in many departments. In many cases, these ethical issues are encountered in the
process of consulting or designing possible solution on organization activities. There is need to
provide solutions on technical and ethical based problems to maintain better coordination. This
