The next step is to develop an action plan, which in this case study is to determinewhether an aged care facility will be suitable for Marie and whether this will have anyimplications on her or on her children and grandchildren. The next step is to implement, which inthis case involves the use of skillful negotiation and sensitive communication. The last step is toreflect on the outcomes associated with the ethical decision-making. It is necessary to evaluatethe consequences of this process on Marie, her children and grandchildren. The type of data that needs to be collected for this case study involves conversations, interactions with the individuals, informations about the medical conditions, interviewtranscripts, video of the interactions or the interviews with the family members.
