This is an Ethical Review Form for Business Research Project students. It has two parts, and the first part needs to be completed by all students. The second part needs to be completed only if the research involves human participants. The form also includes a company consent section. The form requires the completion of a participant information sheet and a participant consent form if the research involves human participants. The completed form needs to be submitted along with the research proposal.

Part 1 needs to be completed by all Business Research Project students.
