who break rules. The decisions are mostly made by the people and not by the organizations.

culture a person operates in. thus there should some rules and regulations which should be
followed by the employee and the focus on achieving compliance with laws must be affecting
both on the behaviour of employees as well as the organizational environment (Slade and
Prinsloo, 2013).
It is very important to have ethical values of the individuals, work groups and the business
with those of the wider society in which they exist. Maintain and reaching consensus on what
a society regards as ethics gives rise to the need for ethical education as well as the on-going
discussions, reminders and checks
