This present investigation explores the basic obstacles faced by the women in getting management position. This study provides basic understanding how the issue faced by women staffs can be reduces and overcomes through implementation of specific approaches. The accessibility of study can be attained through gathering information from the most authentic sources, therefore, it is important for the researcher to use reliable and authentic sources to gather valid and reliable information to complete the work in right manner to reaching at the potential outcome.
