1ETHICS IN IT ORGANIZATION
Introduction:-
ICT is an extensional word for IT that stresses the integrated communications role and
the combination of computers and telecommunications as well as essential middleware, business
software, audiovisual storage. It is essentially legal user systems that collect and control
information. ICT mainly covers any that will retrieve, store, deploy, and receive data
automatically in a digital method like digital television, robots, email etc. (Hilty & Aebischer,
2015). ICT also consist of any cell phones, encompassing radio, communication device,
computer, and television and satellite systems. This ICT is also used in several services and
application with them like distance learning and video conferencing. This report discussion is
based on some oral communication between the project director and program manager.
According to video, these reports are delivered the fundamental part of ICT, issues and use of
ICT and ethical dilemma correspondingly.
Discussion:-
The continuous growth on the requirement of computers and IT for several dedications
has become vital. It is near the society functionality along with its budget, which has delivered
scope for the ethical and legal issues. According to oral communication (video), the business
situation in the IT sector, like any other commercial organization, is occupied with ethical
problems that are primarily countered by staffs at management levels. It has been detecting that
the project leads to an IT development organization discussed with the project instructor of a
software development project. It has been discovered that the project manager was working with
his project group. These were framing for distribution within an exact aim. The project head
happens to get a message from the customer who occurs to request for quick launch of the

software without the incorporation of any software encryption. The project administrator creates
some pressures to the project head for supply the software earlier than estimated delivery time.
Additionally, the pressure from the project executive for distributing the software without
assigning any encryption promotes a condition of the ethical dilemma (Adamczewski, 2016).
The administrator cannot understand that unencrypt software are very much dangerous for their
client. The unencrypt software cannot protect any malware files and hacking. In this video,
conversation defines that the project administrator tried to clarify and recap the effects of
delivering the unencrypted software. Still, the project chief wanted to make him conscious that
he shall be huge salaried bonuses (Mocetti, Pagnini & Sette, 2017). The administrator also tried
to lure the project director with many proposals that the enterprise and the project director would
get if he occurs to deliver the software before estimated time and without the encryption which is
unlawful and against the organization ethics. There is evidence from the detail that the project
manager needed the project executive to submit the unencrypt software before the estimated
time. He also offers extra bonuses for these illegal activities. The proofs in this situation refer to
the discussions that were replaced by both people involved in a video conversation. Non-ethical
and ethical concerns that can occur in this case are depending on the project director’s activity.
There are some probable situations which will choose the non-ethical and ethical
consequences of the project director. It is observable from the video that the project manager had
disreputable bent of mind in a professional background (Jorgenson & Vu, 2016). If the project
administrator made any unethical judgment concerning the encryption often software, then the
project team creating the software, project manager, project director and the whole business will
be at danger including the legal allegations. An ethical dilemma is a circumstance where an
intellectual conflict rises, due to specific complex condition, where a verdict has to be made

between several options and where both the choices might be accurate but are different to each
other. In ICT, ethics play a vital part. The organizational ethical dilemmas are frequently faced
by the project manager, particularly in the case of ICT. In this case, the project leader and project
manager are suffering from an ethical dilemma, and that is the reason these organization and
entire project teams also faced this moral dilemma.
The achievement of the project executive can be of some prospects. At first, this can
occur to the conceding of the project executive to the implementation of the project executive
(Tyworth, 2014). These will affect in serious legal allegations that can destroy the business
images and their operational structure. These will create the project administrator, the team,
project executive and the business organization to be answerable lawfully in all aspects.
Furthermore, the software that business will submit to the customer will have a high hacking
chance which will charge a lot in terms of total elements to both the service provider and clients.
The program director listen the team perspective which describe the another
vedio.Furthermore, the project administrator could reject the proposals given by the project
executive and stick to the deliver appropriate and secure software. ICT systems permit any
industry to process, store, analyse substantial data amounts (Ben-Ami et al., 2014). The evidence
presented from business data enables employees and managers to make judgments accurately
and quickly. So that they can cope with the systems processes efficiently and reply rapidly to
commercial opportunities or dangers, it is also permitted decision-makers in several locations to
work together when they want to take mutual judgments. These are the reason no responsibilities
for both parties.
Conversely, may effect in contact between their businesses employee and project administrator
of allocation to a future assignment might get delayed (Pollack & Algeo , 2015). These might

have allegations on the development in business for the project executive. Another possibility is
that in this concern, might include the project executive to refer with his team of software
development on each characteristic. These may help to create additional consequence in both
negative and positive determinations and implications as that of upper discussed prospects.
The ACS sets the theme for standard public work practice and is the standard for all
public service experts. The creators of the Association first established a code of ethics to direct
associates in their practice. The idea of an ethical outline for exercise is as applicable today as it
was in its initiation. The ACS guidelines denote some moral benchmark like a proper workplace,
professional standing, Workplace confidentiality and professional development. Australian
ethical code states that “You will be honest in your representation of skills, knowledge, services
and products” (Newson , 2015). That is means that any organization are very much loyal for their
work, and they cannot provide any fake or illegal products. In this video are not fulfil the honesty
ACS code because the project supervisor wants to deliver unencrypted software in earlier of the
estimated time. That is the reason these project lead cannot follow the competence codes as well.
Competence states that the project work must be complete and secure. When they provide
unencrypt software, then they cannot fulfil there working responsibility. One of the most
significant ethical code is professionalism (Lee, Moles & Chaar , 2015). This moral code does
not follow anymore in this oral communication. These organization should not provide any
incomplete and illegal product to their client. The organizational head also pressurised there
worker and project head to deliver the unfinished work. He also tries to provoke the project head
to provide a bonus for these unethical work. This situation is totally against the ethical
professionalism code.

In this video the program head are rejected the team and project lead’s recommendation.
The effect of ICT acceptance would give assistances on the effectiveness and efficiency of the
business as redirected in the performance of the organization. Hence, business performance
could be dignified based on the enactment of business operation and financial performance. This
adoption depends on the cost reduction, productivity increment related to effective performance,
and income margin. This company also delivers incomplete and unprofessional work this the
most critical question about this organization’s reputation. It is suggested top the project
executive to not submit to the unethical deliverable that the project manager is proposing as it
will lead to thoughtful effects (Dellaportas et al., 2014). It is playing for the project executive to
access with the project team and secures the encryption and development process to distribute
the customer with appropriate software which is secure and encrypted. In this situation¸ he
senses that it is impossible for delivering the software at like a controlled time limit, he should
openly reject the project manager’ proposal. In the last video the project lead describe that the
team cannot deliver this ethical activities. Finally he surrender and states that he cannot provide
this type of work.
Conclusion:-
In modern time ICT is an essential part of every purpose. For ICT, any business
organization can improve its business quality and structure. Some organization are also using in
the ICT process in the wrong way. In these videos are describing the early launching program.
The conversation between business and project administration specifies that the client wants the
software very quickly, earlier than the estimated time. The project boss cannot understand the
situation. The situation is very critical because the hacking chance of unencrypted software is
very high. Any organization cannot provide this illegal product without the knowledge of the

client. The lead is offering a huge bonus for unlawfully completing this task. So this
conversation does not follow the honesty, competence and professionalism rule, which is
essential for ACS ethics. When this organization are supplying this type of work, then they are
not enhancing their quality and operational structure in future.
