INTRODUCTION
Data privacy refers to the information privacy, which is related with the information
technology which says about that there is need to secure the information and should only be
shared with the legal third party which are there for the legal information along with authority.

life or scenario of the people with misusing the information. Privacy is the one which is one of
the most important thing in today's time which need to be secure there and need to have such that

the discussion about the information technology agency which are there have the ethical way to
access the private data of the people along with this there is the information about the ethical
principle which are there which can help one to get the relevant information technology which is
in relation to IT. There is also some discussion about the ethical issues which are there in the
international business along with principles along with observations (Kim and et. al., 2019).

people and are there able to get the information which is in relation to ethical way only. There
are many chances to get the information and use such as the misconduct some illegal activity
which is not the good way and there are many of the laws which are there for such unethical
practices which are there for saving such data from such activities. They are not legally advices
to get such private data access which is one of the illegal activity in the information technology
and there are many of the measures which are there can deal with such activity. There are many
of the law which are there can for the law enforcement which are there broken in three different
categories. First, there is need to gather along with analysing the information which can help in
determination that there is the violation of law there. Second, to find out the law violating person
there is need to collect the information and after that analysing it which can help in finding out
the person. Third, there is need to find out the information which can help in proving that the
people is guilty of violation in the court (Banta 2018). Such that there are many of the rules and
regulation which are there for the person who is there in the system who are having the authority
to access the information which also known by the violation of law of privacy.

someone else already implemented such strategy which is very difficult to mister x and may be
there is chance of getting huge loss in the business which is not affordable at that stage. Middle
man who had the access of the communication of mister x, sells out the information to rival
company which implement the strategy before mister x. such like that there are many of the
examples there which are there can cause the drastic problem to the person whose information
and privacy has been violated (Fontrodona and et. al., 2018).
In relation to afford the data in the private email account, that are many less chances
because it can affordable in terms of money but it can vary expensive in terms of privacy.
