Managing Ethical Conducts Executive summary Ethical issues are always essential when dealing with various encounters within the surrounding world. As a result, this personal reflection paper is discussing the ethical issues that were identified in the first section of the assignment. It further gives a reflection on the future ethical conducts relating to the two identified issues at workplace. Moreover, the future ethical conducts in this paper are also analyzed into deep details to enable the audience to develop a clear understanding of what is taking place within an ethical world. Introduction A lot of ethical issues crop up in workplaces each day that leave many workers in dilemmas having no right decision to make. This is a common occurrence that needs to be addressed by employers to ensure workers have correct policies and guidelines in their daily operations within the workplaces (Wiengarten, & Lam, 2017). These policies and guidelines will be able to guide all workers in making the right decisions in accordance with the organization's standards. Issues and frameworks There are two issues that were identified in the organization. These issues, among others, made it difficult and put employees in a crossroads within their workplaces, not knowing some of the correct actions to take (Ravichandran, & Chandilyan, 2016). One of these issues identified was the lack of a clearly structured policy to be able to put a control on activities carried out by workers within the hotel. In this scenario, the right approaches should be taken to ensure guidelines are put in place for all employees.
The second issue that was identified is that in the event there is a violation of any of the organization policies, the employee will be sent off indefinitely without any notice. This brings a need for an ethical model from all the employees (Jansson et al., 2017). Within this context, an employee should be in a position to predict the outcome of any action before he/she decides to take action. Reflection on the future behavior There are several life events that human beings encounter in their lives. Some of these events are good and educational, and we should consistently learn from them. Ethics is defined as the code of conduct that dictates an individual's actions within the workplace. To be able to work together with other employees in achieving a common goal, an employee must portray good behaviors. At the workplace, the kind of view people develop may differ from what an individual learns. Through the many experiences I learn from this hotel, I have managed to structure my ethical conduct to be able to secure my future position at work. As a professional, I have learned to put on right and recommended attire for my duty. It is vital in some organizations that every department has its particular attire, which should be neat while carrying out a task (Wesarat, Yazam, & Majid, 2017). Without notice, some workers who may not adhere to such policies may be dismissed. Such scenarios always boost my desire to practice neatness to be able to secure much time with my future employer. I have also learned and taken with much seriousness on how to control my communication whenever in disagreement with any of the coworkers. I am trying, by all means, to monitor my words not to break any one's confidentiality even within disagreements. I learned
that to be able to extend my working experience with any company, I have to minimize unnecessary conversations and involvement in any discussions touching other departments or even what does not concerns me. Within my framework, I have given bullying of any form, no room in my conduct. I learned to keep myself in the position of a worker like any other person within my future workplace. Above this, I am keen and will always be keen on my interactions within the workplace. Being an employee, the agenda is to work and go back home. I will want to involve other workers in shared responsibilities as required by the policies of any organization but never as I will want to. At some points, it is very difficult to shed off characters that you are used to even when it is a necessity. I am in the move of molding my future workplace behaviors by learning some of the essential workplace conducts that are required of an employee. At a workplace, chances of working alone are rare since there are always collaboration and partnerships that are put in place to make an organization realize its goals (Jordan, & KristjƔnsson, 2017). For this reason, I am putting it in mind and working on my interaction behavior to be able to accommodate all employees and handle each of them with no discrimination. Understanding the duties and taking responsibility is one of the important things to do in the workplace. It is ethical always to carry out duties with a lot of passion and in the recommended manner (Bansal, & Song, 2017). I am learning to be able to face my duties as required of me and without being monitored or pushed. Showing responsibility will make an employee outstand and have a hand in realization of the organizational goals. Within an organization, the management can lose trust in an employee for lack of accountability since it is unethical. To be able to contain this trust in my future workplace, I will ensure to take every property and operations conducted by the organization with great care.

Building on personal traits will also help an employee to secure his future work. This is exactly what I am trying to do to work in accordance with the organization's guidelines, which will make me fit within the work environment. Showing ethical conduct at a workplace is beneficial for both individual and organization.
