INTRODUCTIONIn this age of globalization, importing and exporting of products and services has becomevery essential for the organisations across the world. The below report explores the issues andchallenges faced by the organisation Herkku-Samakko Oy in export of its canned frogs legs tothe Netherlands. The organisation specialises in the production of canned frogs legs and is basedin Finland (Barnard and Peers eds., 2017). The report is going to evaluate the necessary laws andrequirements which it requires to pass through in order to successfully export its products. Alongwith it, essential recommendations are provided in the report in order to resolve the faced issuesand challenges. MAIN BODYThe business of production and selling of frogs legs is one of the major businesses in theEuropean continent. People involved in the consumption of frog are increasing day by day(Currie, 2016). Herkku-Samakko Oy is having competitors such Setraco NV (from Belgium),Frial (from France) etc. These markets players in selling of frogs legs in Europe are some of thebiggest challenges for the company to sell its products easily in the market of Netherlands.The stakeholders which are involved here includes the customers, the employees of theorganization, the government and its agencies, the suppliers involved and the unions includingthe community from which the business tends to draw its resources. According to Dorresteijn (2017), the treaty of the functioning of the European Union(TFEU) is one of the major law makers ensuring the right practices are being withheld within theEurope in order to ensure proper laws are being followed and practised. These laws include thecase law of European Union, under which concerted practices and anti-competitive agreementsare falling within the scope of Article 101 of the treaty of functioning of the European Union(TFEU). It explains that there is a sufficient degree of probability under which a business mighthave a indirect of direct effect both potentially or actually, on the trade pattern between theEuropean Union member states. Under this law it can be seen that, while exporting its products from Finland toNetherlands the organisation can face direct issues such as dealing with lack of profitability, andindirect which include impact on the overall sales of the organisations sold products and services(Faulconbridge, 2019). It is recommended that the organisation in order to deal with the law2
